| Indoor air quality has become a much talked about
topic. The importance of the topic is evident since we
spend extended periods indoors. According to the EPA
the amount of pollutants indoors can be 2 to 5 times
higher than in the air outside.
A major factor regarding indoor air quality is inadequate ventilation. Hence, attention must be paid to the "inside" of the ventalation system to assure proper ventilation. Cleaning the inside of the ventilation system can help in three ways: (a) reduces contaminants in the ventilation system, (b) reduces ventilation operating costs, (c) reduces maintenance costs as floor, carpet, wall, and ceiling cleaning costs decrease with a clean ventilation system. | |
